Happy New Year everybody...the month has flown by and were excited to usher in 2012.

The slow economy seems to be picking up speed and were excited about the California state Energy Rebate program that continues. After a few hiccups and a reduction of what is being credited, the program continues with qualified homeowners receiving up to $4,000 rebate from the state.

This is for real folks...You must call for a home inspection and either Stacy or Bill will come to your residence and give you a detailed analysis. (Watch the video blog above for more information). Allow about 90 minutes so that either of them can do the proper heat load calculations and inspections. Once this information is gained, we will work up a formal bid at the office.

Don't delay...the response to this rebate program is incredible. Monies to fund the program are not infinite and the program will run out of money in the future. We don't know when.
